Ideal For: 24 hour transport of microbiological samples
(including clinical), for fastidious, non-fastidious and anaerobic
microorganisms.
Known Limitations: Recovery after 24 hours will be
unpredictable and target organisms will be lost. Fatty acid sensitive strains
will give decreased recovery or be stressed in the presence of cotton.
