PurMop BLACK LINE sterile

The PurMop BLACK® D1-S is the sterile version of the cleanroom mop of our new PurMop BLACK® Performance Line – identifiable by its orange edging. Microfiber paired with a new technology for corner cleaning and an enhanced performance, thanks to its new size, makes this mop unique. The D1 in combination with the Carbon Mop System C1 provides an unprecedented level of ergonomics, performance, and safety.

The ID9-S is a sterile cleanroom mop of the new PurMop BLACK® Performance Line and is developed to match the PurMop BLACK® carbon fiber isolator cleaning tools. In combination with the new mop design, these enable the ID9-S to be picked up and dropped without hand contact – safely and without contamination. Thanks to their high-purity knitted microfiber fabric, the mops ensure excellent dirt pick-up, an even liquid release and very low particle emissions. Special material flaps (“wing”) allow easy corner cleaning.

The PurMop BLACK® F1-S is a fillpack with cleanroom mops of the latest generation. Inside are two mops of the D1 series. These convince with proven polyester microfiber cleaning performance, the Wings technology for better corner cleaning as well as a new size, which results in a higher area performance.

The fillpack is a chemical-resistant pouch with a lid into which the fluid of choice is filled. A wide range of cleaning and disinfectant agents can be added, for which today there is no presaturated mop available. The pouch is resistant to common bactericides, sporicides and detergents used in cleanrooms. Together with the C1 Carbon Mop System, the F1-S provides an unprecedented level of ergonomics, performance and safety.

The IF9-S is a sterile and chemical resistant pouch containing 2 cleanroom mops for ICTs – ready for saturation. The pouch can easily be filled with the fluid of choice (common bactericides, sporicides and detergents used in cleanrooms). Thanks to their high-purity knitted microfiber fabric, the mops ensure excellent dirt pick-up, an even liquid release and very low particle emissions. The mops have been developed to match the PurMop BLACK® carbon fiber isolator cleaning tools. Special material flaps (“wings”) allow easy corner cleaning.
